Where we ship
We ship within the United States.
VitalPeak is available to eligible users in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, subject to provider availability and applicable laws.
We do not ship internationally, and use outside the U.S. is prohibited.
When you’ll receive your order
Because VitalPeak is provider-reviewed, delivery timing has a few steps:
1) Online intake
Complete your online consultation so a licensed provider can review your information.
2) Provider review (if clinically appropriate)
If a prescription is appropriate, the provider issues it. (There’s no guarantee a prescription will be issued.)
3) Fulfillment + shipping
In most cases, medication is delivered within a few days—timing may vary based on fulfillment and the shipping carrier.
Discreet packaging
Orders ship in discreet packaging.
Billing statements generally won’t list product details in plain language.
Tracking your package
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates by email (and/or text if you opt in). If you don’t see tracking after a reasonable processing window, contact support.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees (and taxes, if applicable) are shown during checkout. Promotions may change over time.
(This keeps you accurate without claiming “free shipping” unless you decide to.)
Address changes & delivery issues
Need to update your address?
Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, rerouting may not be available.
Package says “delivered,” but you don’t have it
Check with household members or building staff first, then contact support so we can help you next.
Damaged package
Take a photo of the packaging + product and email support for next steps.
Returns
