Getting started
Do I need a prescription to order?
Yes. If treatment is appropriate, medication is prescribed by a licensed U.S. healthcare provider after a brief online consultation.
How does the online visit work?
You’ll complete a short online intake. A licensed provider reviews your answers and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate. No in-person visit required.
Is VitalPeak available in my state?
VitalPeak is available to eligible users in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, subject to provider availability and applicable laws.
Who provides the medical care?
VitalPeak does not provide medical care directly. VitalPeak operates a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers. Medical decisions are made by providers—not VitalPeak.
Treatment & results
What is VitalPeak’s topical formula?
VitalPeak’s topical prescription is Minoxidil 6% / Finasteride 0.5% (30 mL), prescribed when clinically appropriate. (This is your provided product spec—use it consistently across PDP + dosage page.)
How long does it take to see results?
Everyone’s timeline is different. Many people track progress over several months, and consistency matters. Your provider can help you understand what to expect based on your pattern of hair loss and goals.
When do I apply it—and how often?
Follow your prescription label and provider instructions. In general, topical routines work best when used consistently and exactly as directed.
Can I talk to a provider during treatment?
Yes—your plan includes ongoing support, and you can message with questions as you go.
Safety & medical questions
Is this service for emergencies?
No. VitalPeak is not for emergencies. If you think you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 right away.
Are there side effects?
All prescription treatments can have side effects. Your provider will review your health history and help determine if treatment is appropriate. If you have questions after you start, message your provider or contact support.
Is the formula FDA-approved?
Your prescription may contain clinically recognized active ingredients that are FDA-approved in certain forms, but your personalized prescription may be prepared by a pharmacy based on provider direction. If you have questions about your specific prescription, ask your provider.

Shipping & delivery
How quickly will I receive my medication?
In most cases, medication is delivered within a few days in discreet packaging. Timing can vary based on provider review, pharmacy fulfillment, and shipping carrier.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
VitalPeak ships orders in discreet packaging. Billing statements generally won’t spell out product details.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. Use outside the United States is prohibited.
Billing, subscriptions, and cancellations
Is VitalPeak insurance?
No. VitalPeak is not an insurance provider and does not replace health insurance.
How do subscriptions work?
If you enroll in a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel via your account or by contacting support.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
Yes. You can manage your subscription in your account, or contact support for help. (Your Terms already support cancellation via account/support.)
